Founder and visionary, Tim is the driving force behind the consultancy. He is passionate about enhancing pension strategies and ensuring client satisfaction.
Tim has over 40 years hands-on, practical experience, advising in both the private and the public sector, from FTSE 100 companies and major government departments to small family companies and individuals.
Tim has held senior positions in a number of organisations, but always remained closely connected with clients and the technical issues they face. He has been fully involved in designing the solutions to their needs and has a thorough understanding of the detailed technical aspects, collaborating with colleagues and other pensions professionals. Never has this detailed understanding been so necessary in the last 20 years, as we face new issues and changes in pensions get things done.
